Join MAP and out-of-school time educators for a .5-CEU course designed to support staff as they develop STEM programming for OST youth that is aligned with MA Curriculum Standards. At this 2-part training participants will:
  • Use planning materials to promote the learning and teaching of elementary science, engineering and technology through observation and interest-based planning techniques
  • Develop fun, engaging, hands-on informal STEM lessons for OST settings that will help the school-age child increase knowledge of science and technology/engineering in an exploratory manner
  • Strengthen their capacity to connect with schools more intentionally
